Sian Davies

A solicitor since 1983, Sian was born in Llanidloes and has been in a private practice for over 20 years specialising in residential property, wills, probate and advising elderly clients. 

Sian is Head of Harrisons large Residential Property team which is the area of law that  she now solely specialises in.

Sian has a wealth of experience in Residential Property, she  supervises the department across both offices from Newtown.

Sian is known for her calm approach to the residential conveyancing process which can often be stressful for those involved.

She ensure that her team keep clients up to date therefore making the process as straightforward as possible.
