Client Services Team Member
We also have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our Client Services Team reporting directly to our Team Leader.
The right candidate will be the first point of contact for both our new and existing clients. The role will involve some basic reception duties both over the telephone and face to face at our new Welshpool office, as well as dealing with new enquiries that come through our doors and ensuring that new instructions are allocated to the correct departments. The candidate will also undertake some administrative roles onboarding new clients to our firm. Maintaining a friendly and professional manner is essential to this role as you will be dealing with people at all levels.
The client services team are essential to the smooth and efficient running of Harrisons. The ideal fit for this role is someone with energy and enthusiasm who can deliver excellent customer service to both clients and the departments of the firm. We pride ourselves on being an open minded forward thinking firm and welcome applications from all skill levels.
