Commercial Department Solicitor

Salary circa £30,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including bonus, 25 days holidays, Westfield health plan, product discounts, parking and mobile phone.

Main Job Purpose

  • To provide legal advice and assistance to the firm’s clients in connection with the casework undertaken within the commercial department.
  • To maintain the high standard of service offered to the firm’s existing clients and to assist in creating and developing the professional reputation of the department.
  • To assist and contribute to the continued development of the new business of the department in accordance with the firm’s objectives and business plan.
  • To run a busy caseload, subject to supervision, taking on existing and new clients, working efficiently, effectively and economically.

Employee Relations Specialist

Salary circa £25000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including bonus, 25 days holidays, Westfield health plan, product discounts, parking and mobile phone.

Main Job Purpose

You will be working with a full and varied caseload and be dealing with the full range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters to both corporate and individual clients. The role will also include but not be limited to:

  • Grievance and disciplinary proceedings
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Redundancies
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • TUPE
  • Contracts of Employment, handbooks and policies

The successful candidate will also manage the in-house HR and assist the Senior Management team with the development of the Harrisons HR brand.
