Solicitor: Head of Family

Meinir qualified as a solicitor in August 2009 having completed her training at a leading Shropshire law firm.

She specialises in all areas of Family Law. She is also a fluent Welsh speaker.

Meinir is a member of Resolution and has extensive experience in dealing with private law children disputes advising parents, grandparents and other relatives in matters such as applications for child arrangements orders, Special Guardianship orders and abduction with or without an international element.

Meinir also advises on all aspects of separation to include, divorce, civil dissolution, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements as well as the preparation of pre and post nuptial agreements and change of name deeds (adult and children).
