Emma Wilde
Emma has recently joined Harrisons having spent over 15 years as a Partner at a leading Shropshire law firm.
Specialising in commercial and agricultural property work Emma has forged good relationships with a wide variety of clients and professional contacts from within the local community and wider area, including commercial landlords and tenants and developers. Emma has expertise in the renewables sector dealing with option and lease arrangements for landowners in relation to wind turbine, solar farm and battery generation developments. She also deals with land acquisition agreements, easements, infrastructure agreements as well as commercial leases, easements and agricultural-based work including farm tenancy agreements.
After gaining her degree from Keele University she trained with an Oswestry firm, moving to Longueville Gittins in 2000 and becoming a Partner in 2002.
Outside of work life she plays an active role in her community and is a Governor at Llanfyllin High School, Community Councillor & committee member of the Mid Wales Chamber.
