In the context of her Landlord and tenant work Charlotte advises on Housing Law in Wales, including obligations for employers who offer service occupancies to their employees. Charlotte is fully conversant with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (“the Act”) brought in to force on 1 December 2022 necessitating the replacement of most assured shorthold tenancies and licences to occupy dwellings, with occupation contracts.
