Charlotte joined Harrisons in 2006 and is head of the Employment and Dispute Resolution Departments offering specialist tailored advice on all issues surrounding these areas.

Charlotte specialises in providing advice on Employment Law in the workplace as well as Housing Law in Wales. She can assist with standard occupation contracts, including conversions and periodic contracts, written statement of terms, deposit obligations, together with any necessary possession proceedings arising from rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or on a non fault basis.

As part of the Dispute Resolution team Charlotte handles a varied case load involving Contract disputes, property disputes, Professional Negligence claims, Commercial landlord and tenant matters and complex Personal Injury claims.

Charlotte is also a fluent Welsh speaker offering advice in both English and Welsh.
